How do I control access for individuals?

Controlling User access

Only users with admin rights have the ability to make changes to other user accounts. Please note that an admin user cannot amend their own account. In order to change an admin user's account, you will either need another person within your team who also has admin rights, or contact client services to make these changes on your behalf.

To make these changes log into your account then please select the settings icon:

Located at the top right of the page next to Payments. 

Once you have selected Settings please select Contacts:

In here you will be able to see all the user accounts for company. If you have the authority to make these changes you will be able to click on the users name and make the changes you need.
