How do I track a payment?

To Track a payment

Once in the Transactive Portal, Select Payments Tab.

Insert which account the funds went from and insert as much information you can in the other Tabs, then select search.

Your payment will appear and the status of your payment will be in the Status tab.

If you can not locate the payment or if you are having any other issues please contact Client Service by email and provide as much information as possible.
